cosmetic2go ships orders worldwide. Available delivery options may vary depending on the destination country.
1.2. Delivery Methods
Two delivery methods are available: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. In some countries, only one of these options may be offered at checkout.
1.3. Shipping Partners
For Express Shipping, cosmetic2go works with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DPD. Depending on the customer’s location, the most suitable carrier will be selected to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
For Standard Shipping, orders are dispatched through CTT (Portugal’s national postal service). Upon arrival in the destination country, the delivery is completed by recognized local postal services, including:
- USPS in the United States
- Canada Post in Canada
- Royal Mail in the United Kingdom
- An Post in Ireland
- La Poste in France
- Australia Post in Australia
These partnerships allow cosmetic2go to ensure efficient and secure delivery worldwide, through reputable local providers.
1.4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are available for consultation in our FAQ section. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on customs procedures, local delivery conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
1.5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the order. The exact cost is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Any Free Shipping campaigns based on order value or destination will be clearly communicated during the promotional period.
1.6. Tracking
All shipments include tracking information, regardless of the selected shipping method. Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.
1.7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders shipped outside regions where customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by cosmetic2go, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional local charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
For selected destinations where cosmetic2go already provides a prepaid duties and taxes solution, these charges will be settled in advance during checkout, with no additional customs costs expected upon delivery.
We are continuously working to expand this solution to as many destinations as possible in order to provide a smoother and more transparent delivery experience for our customers worldwide.
2. Returns Policy
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1. Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the order.
2.2. Return Eligibility
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, only sealed, unopened, and unused items are eligible for return.
Opened, used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned, including but not limited to cosmetics, supplements, personal care products, and other hygiene-related items.
cosmetic2go reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2.3. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, customers must contact our Customer Support Team through the contact form available on the website or by email at customer@cosmetic2go.com.
Once the request has been reviewed, our team will provide the appropriate instructions and, when applicable, the return authorization details.
Returns sent without prior contact or authorization may not be accepted.
2.4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the destination country, the nature of the issue reported, and the most appropriate resolution method.
If the return results from a confirmed error, damaged item, incorrect shipment, or fault attributable to cosmetic2go, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide a return solution at our expense;
- Issue a partial or full refund without requiring the return of the item;
- Offer an alternative resolution considered appropriate for the situation.
- For voluntary returns not related to an error, defect, or shipping issue attributable to cosmetic2go, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
cosmetic2go reserves the right to determine the most suitable resolution method for each individual case.
2.5. Refunds
Once the returned products are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
Refunds are generally issued within up to 5 business days after the return inspection is completed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
2.6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the issue must be reported to cosmetic2go as soon as possible after delivery.
To allow proper assessment, customers may be asked to provide photographs of:
- The shipping box;
- The shipping label;
- The product received;
- The visible issue or damage.
Failure to provide the requested information may limit our ability to evaluate and resolve the case.
After reviewing the situation, cosmetic2go will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, partial compensation, or another suitable solution.
3. Payment and Currency
3.1. Accepted Payment Methods
cosmetic2go accepts Credit Card and PayPal payments.
3.2. Currency Conversion
Payments can be made in the customer’s local currency. However, as cosmetic2go is based in Portugal, the final transaction is processed in euros (EUR). Currency conversions are handled automatically by the payment provider and may result in minor differences in the final charged amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.
