1. Remove the protective film
Hold the plaster in one hand and peel off the top protective film with the thumb and index finger of the other.
2. Apply and remove the second protective film
Place the wound pad centrally on the wound. Be sure to only touch the plaster on the protective film and back, never the wound pad itself. Remove the remaining protective film.
3. Smooth and press
Smooth the dressing so it adheres evenly. Apply only light pressure and avoid tension. To increase the strength of the adhesive, you can warm the bandage between your palms before applying it.
