How to Use

Only use the measuring spoon provided in the packaging. One measuring spoon (5 g of powder) is equivalent to 19 kcal. Wash your hands and use clean utensils. Mix the recommended amount with a cold liquid until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Consume within two hours of preparation.
