Solgar Omega-3-6-9 provides omega-3-6-9 from a blend of high quality fish, flax and borage oils.
It is a source of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
Solgar Omega-3-6-9 is free of sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten and dairy products.

How to Use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 3 soft capsules a day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by a doctor or health care professional.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions

Very high doses are contraindicated in individuals taking blood clotting and hemophiliacs.
