Description

Nature's Bounty® Gentle Iron Complex with Vitamins B12 and C is a dietary supplement in capsule form, designed to maintain energy levels and reduce fatigue. It contains Vitamin C, which increases the absorption of iron and Vitamin B12. Iron, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.

How to Use

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition

Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, calcium phosphate, mannitol), iron (ferrous bisglycinate), glazing agents (gelatin (bovine)), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
