Description

There are several factors that can alter the vaginal ecosystem, such as medications, hormonal changes or vulvovaginal infections such as bacterial vaginosis or candidiasis. Treat and protect your intimate area from vaginal infections and their relapses with ISDIN® Woman Vaginal Ovules.

Care for and protect your vaginal ecosystem with ISDIN Woman Vaginal Ovules, the treatment for vaginal infections that prevents relapses. Moisturizes and helps prevent and combat vaginal dryness and symptoms of irritative conditions.

As an adjunct in the prophylaxis, treatment and prevention of vaginal infections and their relapses such as vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis or fungal infections, and in case of changes in the vaginal environment resulting from prolonged antibiotic treatments or hormonal imbalances.

Recovery

Helps prevent and combat vaginal dryness and symptoms of irritative conditions such as itching, redness, burning, swelling or pain.

Helps to restore physiological pH thanks to its lactic acid content.

How to Use

After washing your hands, remove the egg from its shell, separating the sealed ends. Place yourself in a supine position and insert the egg deep into the vagina, after cleaning the intimate area properly.

The recommended dose is 1 egg per day. It should be administered before going to bed, for at least 7 consecutive days in case of mild symptoms, or 10 consecutive days if symptoms persist, after the menstrual cycle or according to the doctor's instructions.

If the doctor recommends it, non-consecutive treatment cycles can be repeated to increase or maintain the effects obtained. The recommended dose of one egg per day should not be exceeded.

Precautions

ISDIN Woman Vaginal Ovules should only be administered vaginally. Do not ingest. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any component of the product. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as its use has not been tested in these situations. Not recommended for use in conjunction with other local therapies. As its compatibility has not been tested, simultaneous use with condoms and other contraceptive methods, mechanical or chemical, is not recommended. The product is not intended for pediatric use. Do not use on children under 18 years of age. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Prolonged use of the product, as with other topical products, may lead to local sensitization or irritation. If other undesirable effects appear or occur, stop treatment and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the product if the container, when first opened, is damaged or does not appear to be intact. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

Composition

Tindalized L. rhamnosus LRH020, sodium hyaluronate, Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil, white thyme essential oil, galactoarabinan, lactic acid, vitamin E acetate, vitamin A palmitate, semi-synthetic triglycerides and colloidal silica.
