Energy Gel Unflavoured is an energy gel that combines fast-absorbing carbohydrates – maltodextrin and fructose – ideal for providing a quick supply of energy and delaying the onset of fatigue in athletes.
Contains 25g of carbohydrates and 50mg of sodium per gel. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose makes its osmolality lower, which makes it easier to digest.
Consume 1 gel per hour of endurance exercise; It is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each gel consumed, to facilitate ingestion. It can be taken during any type of training, and is especially recommended for training lasting more than 1 hour. There is no specific dosage period and can be used throughout the sporting season.
